How do I add a subscription to my account?
To add a subscription, log into your account and click "Subscriptions". You will be shown your active subscriptions (if any), as well as a button to add a subscription. Once you add a subscription, you will be able to download templates.
How do I log in using my ReadyShare account?
All High Impact eMail users can use their ReadyShare account as their TemplateZone Store account. Simply enter your ReadyShare username (email address) and password into the Sign In area to log in using your ReadyShare account.
How do I extend/renew my subscription?
All subscriptions are added to the end of your current active subscription(s). Once your current subscription ends, the next subscription will begin automatically. For example, if you add a 3-month subscription to your account, and then a 6-month subscription, you will have a total of 9 months of active subscriptions, with the 6-month beginning at the end of the 3-month.
How do I go about cancelling my subscription and receiving a refund?
Refund eligibility is dependent upon date of purchase, as well as how many templates you have downloaded. For full details, click the "Terms & Conditions" link in the footer of the site.
How do I change my Username?
Unfortunately, there is no way to change your Username (email address) at this time. However, if a change is urgently necessary, please contact us and we will take care of this for you.
How do I change my Password?
To change your password, log into your account and click the "Settings" button at the very top-right corner of the site. You can then enter your old password and new password, and click "Save" to make the change.
How do I opt-out of receiving emails?
To opt-out of emails, log into your account and click the "Settings" button at the very top-right corner of the site. You can then uncheck the option that says "YES! Send me email updates about new designs, updates & offers." Click "Save" to save this change.
Remember, though, opting out of these emails means you won't receive special offers and discounts!
I've changed my ReadyShare email address/password. Does this affect my account here?
Changing your Readyshare account will not affect your TemplateZone Store account. You will need to change this account separately if you would like to match the changes made to your ReadyShare account.
How many templates can I download?
You can download as many templates as you'd like; there is no monthly limit. If we notice that you’re downloading a lot of templates, we may want to get in touch with you to ask you about your experience so far. Other than that, you’re free to download and use as many templates as you’d like.
How much time do I have to decide if I want to cancel my subscription?

Downloads
I own both High Impact eMail and OfficeReady. Can I download templates for both products?
You sure can! In fact, one of the benefits of owning both products is that a subscription gives you access to templates for both. It's like getting two subscriptions for the price of one!
I can't seem to download any templates. What is causing this?
Templates are free to browse and preview but can only be downloaded by subscribers. To add a subscription, log into your account and click "Subscriptions". You will be shown your active subscriptions (if any), as well as a button to add a subscription. Once you add a subscription, you will be able to download templates.
How do I download a template I've previously downloaded?
To download a template you've previously downloaded, click "My Download History" at the top of the page. You will be shown a list of templates you've downloaded, which you can re-download.
Please note that you are limited to re-downloading a template 3 times per day.

How do I browse templates?
To browse templates, click "Browse All Templates" at the top of the site, or click on the site's logo in the top-left corner. Once you are brought to the Template Browser, click any of the categories on the left-hand side to view the templates in that category.
How do I search for templates?
To search for templates, enter some text in the Search field at the top-left of the site, and click "Go". Your search results will appear in the main area of the page.
How do I see what's been recently added?
To view what's been recently added, take a look at the bottom right side of the Home Page to see a small sample of new designs. You can see more latest additions by clicking on "What’s New". If you are signed in, click on the site logo - this will bring you to the Template Browser and display the most recently added designs.
Can I see what's available before I buy a subscription?
Yes, of course! Signing up for an account is completely free. You will only be charged once you decide to purchase a subscription and begin downloading templates.
Template Usage
Which Products work with these templates?
The Email Templates are designed to work in High Impact eMail 5, while the Print Templates are designed to work in OfficeReady 4.0. The type of template is indicated under the thumbnails while browsing, as well as in the download confirmation.
I have High Impact eMail 5/OfficeReady 4.0, but the templates won't install. Why is this?
It's possible that you may need to update your software to add the ability to support these templates. This update is free of charge.

How do I install a template that I've downloaded?
After you've downloaded a template to your machine, you can install it in one of three ways:
1. Double-click the file, which will install the template automatically.
2. In the main menu of your application, open the menu labeled "Install Templates". Then, drag & drop the template into the Template Installer menu to install.
3. In your application, open the menu labeled "Install Templates". Then, in the Template Installer menu click the "Install Template(s)" button, add the template(s) to be installed, and click "Install".
Can I share a template that I've downloaded?
Sharing templates that you've downloaded is prohibited. For full details, click the "Terms & Conditions" link in the footer of the site.
How long can I keep/use a template that I've downloaded?
All templates that you download during the length of your subscription are yours to keep permanently, even after your subscription ends. However, please note that after your subscription ends, you will not be able to download again, so it's up to you to save the templates you've downloaded.
Can I use Email Templates in OfficeReady?
The email templates for download on this site are designed specifically for High Impact eMail. They will not work in OfficeReady or in any other application.
Can I use Print Templates in High Impact eMail?
The print templates for download on this site are designed specifically for OfficeReady. They will not work in High Impact eMail or in any other application.
What do I do if I've incorrectly downloaded a template that won't work for me?
As you may have noticed, the compatible application for each template is shown under its thumbnail, as well as in the download confirmation screen. If by chance you missed this, though, and you've downloaded a template that won't work in your application, you can simply discard it.
